Step 1: Remove Leaves and Other Debris
Use a medium or soft brush to gently remove leaves, twigs, and any other debris that falls on your lawn. Keep the pressure light to avoid damaging the lawn and repeat every week or two (or as needed). Alternatively, use a leaf blower if you have one – it’ll achieve the same effect that bit quicker.
Step 2: Keep The Surrounding Area Tidy
Most of the debris coming onto your lawn will be from bushes and plants around your garden. You can significantly reduce the amount coming down by keeping other plants trimmed – and they’ll look neater too!
Step 3: Don’t Let Weeds Get a Foothold
Left unchecked, weeds can grow up through your lawn and spoil that perfect look. Applying weed killer every six months should prevent this from happening; if any weeds still get through, pick them immediately.

Cleaning Stains from Artificial Lawn
If you’ve spilt something on your lawn, such as wine, and are worried it might stain the best thing you can do is act fast. First, use a clean cloth or paper towel to soak up excel liquids (dab, don’t rub). Next, use a specialist artificial turf cleaner on the affected area (if you don’t have it, mix washing-up liquid with water). Clean the area thoroughly and then rinse with water.
